About usSince 1997 Bodegas B.G. decides to produce and market its wines starting with a small winery in which three tanks were installed, a threshing machine, a refrigeration system for temperature control, a small manual bottling and labelling machine, all in a very familiar way but with the maximum quality controls.
The project covers the product flow needs of the winery management and meets the oenological parameters necessary to produce our brands under the Priorat D.O.Q. Priorat. Basically, the winery has three floors of 328 m2 each, with two floors underground on three sides and the other one inside a building with a 90cm stone wall.
The idea is to pursue a gravitational fluidity of the product, that is to say, to seek a minimum use of the pump taking full advantage of the force of gravity, although this will take some time to be achieved. Now only the first plant divided into breeding, processing, reception is used.
