About us
30 years ago, the founder of Bouza de Carril, Mr. Luis Rodríguez Balsa, began to plant the first strains of Albariño grapes in their lands, in the Salnés Valley. Over time, he opted for this grape variety, to see the excellent quality wine that came from Albariño grapes.

Today we are a family winery, where we make a different wine, as well as continuing to do it with the tradition and experience that precedes us, using the latest technology to achieve the best wines.

Our vineyards are found in mountain areas, bathed by the Atlantic climate, where the sun shines eight hours a day.

These optimal conditions for the grapes make Albariño Bouza de Carril an aromatic and oily wine with very varied fruity aromas that maintain a wealth of acids that very few varieties achieve worldwide.

This is how you obtain this grape variety, highlighted by its high density and strongly concentrated flavor, which develops perfectly in the climatic conditions that the Atlantic produces.
